Bonjour! We are searching for a mid-level Pastry Chef de Partie. Ideal candidate will have minimum one to two years experience in a pastry position and be familiar with viennoiserie and lamination. This is a full-time position and the hours are approximately 5:30am-2:00pm.
We are a small team at Maison Nico and we are looking for an individual who enjoys teamwork, has a strong work ethic and good common sense, pays attention to detail, enjoys the craft and cares about the product.
Maison Nico is a French épicerie specializing in pâté en croûte, terrines, viennoiserie, and Parisian-style pastries.
