Gravitas - Bartender

Gravitas is a Modern American, Michelin Starred restaurant by Chef Matt Baker dedicated to seasonal cooking and sourcing from local farms and waters. Our menu showcases the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay watershed in thoughtful, delicious and beautiful dishes that aim to nourish and surprise. Our tasting menu experience is accompanied by a program of fine craft cocktails and an expertly curated wine list.

Our beverage program at Gravitas features seasonal Ingredients, local spirits, and cold pressed juices.

We are looking for a Team Oriented Bartender, with exceptional interpersonal communication Skills. If hospitality and detail-oriented service interests you, please apply!

Job Requirements:

Recipe Adherence
Ability to Lift 25 Pounds
2 years of bartending experience (preferably 1+ years fine dining)
Open Availability
Classic Cocktail Knowledge
Strong task and time management abilities

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($8.00) plus tips
