Chef Thomas Keller’s Yountville restaurant, Ad Hoc, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Lead Host.
Opened in 2006 and originally intended as a temporary concept, Ad Hoc presents the American comfort food of Chef Keller's childhood in a casual dining setting. The restaurant's daily-changing four-course menu is served family-style, capturing the conviviality of home.
Working with the overall direction of the dining room manager, the host utilizes Tock to organize the seating of the dining room floor, greet guests and seat them accordingly.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years of previous experience in a similar roles. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
