The Dinex Group, restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Reservationist for our Downtown NYC French Restaurant.

The reservationist will be someone who has extensive experience with customer service, and administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and sophistication, yet be able to deliver services in an approachable and friendly manner and will be proficient of word, excel, internet searches and maintaining a database. The candidate will also have a working knowledge of Micros and Opentable.

The reservationist will report directly to our General Manager, please find below list of job responsibilities:

Essential Duties

• Address any guest booking issues
• Respond to emails in the Reservations inbox following restaurant’s standards
• Check and maintain the Notify list and Resy bookings
• Add guest notes to internal client profiles for future bookings
• Proof same day and next day reservations to polish notes find /solve problems
• Research and type up all guest complaint calls for General Manager
• Assist General Manager with various restaurant projects

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Daytime and Weekend Availability
• 1+ year experience in Reservationist role
