Roles and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the restaurant's floor operations.
Hiring, training, and efficient scheduling of staff (both Front (FOH) and back of the house (BOH).
Maintain and provide a weekly schedule, Inventory (bar/kitchen/misc), Invoices.
Delivering superior food and beverage(alcohol and non-alcohol) service and maximizing customer satisfaction (for all in restaurant, online or phone pickup/ delivery or catering orders, parties, and events) by coordinating with FOH and BOH staff.
Purchasing food, supplies, and equipment, and dealing with suppliers and vendors in a timely and efficient manner.
Making sure to follow all legal regulations involved in running the restaurant.
Responsible to procure the best quality products at the best prices from the vendors and services while working within the provided budgets by the company.
Responsible for overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant equipment/furniture, dining areas, kitchen, bar, bar equipment, decor, restrooms, and exterior grounds of the restaurant.
Promoting and advertising the restaurant
Committing to work and getting orders/events/parties/catering etc and fulfilling these orders to meet revenue goals.
Coming up with innovative ideas to bring more revenue.
Assuring quality & the freshness of food and ingredients, conducting activities that involve ensuring great taste, texture, temperature, and presentation of food and beverages going out of the kitchen and bar.
Responsible for making sure all pick-up/delivery/catering orders are packaged properly and executed to maximum accuracy.
Resolve any employee conflicts in a timely manner.
Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies in a timely manner for both bar and kitchen and provide detailed reports.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation practices as well as follow kitchen and food safety standards.
