Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Head Barista to take order, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages in high volume in a fast paced environment. Head Barista responsibilities include taking orders, educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, taking inventory and making sure that the coffee machine is working as it should. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates or the will to improve your coffee skill. You should be able to work various shifts in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, as well as have a positive attitude, flexibility, and clear communication. Working on week end is mandatory.

Compensation: Hourly ($26.00 - $28.00)
