PROXI is seeking a professional and hardworking industry professional to join our team as a food runner. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of and/or interest in international cooking and ingredients, and have a collaborative, team-oriented attitude. Sepcific requirements include: 

- Experience working in a similar high volume upscale restaurant perferred but not required
- Strong service skills with dedication to the guest experience
- Outgoing, personable positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work evening service shifts, weekends and holidays when required
- Responsible for delivering food to tables and providing an accurate and succint description
- Setting up and maintaining the food runner's station
- Working directly with the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to stay informed of any menu changes
