They are on the lookout for an accomplished, ‘hands-on’ Restaurant Manager to be a vital part of their diverse and dedicated team. This restaurant serves incredible food to high profile clients, in an extremely busy and high-volume environment. The Restaurant Manager Role:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management and customer service
- Assist with the recruiting and training of front of house staff
- Create staff schedules and undertake pre-shift meetings with the team
- Works closely with all departments (culinary and beverage)
- Build a great work environment for the team
- Ensuring brand standards are adhered to
- Bridging the gap between front and back of house to ensure a smooth service for guests
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have 2+ years of high volume restaurant management experience is required
- Able to communicate effectively to guests and Front/Back of House team members
- Skilled in computer programs such as Aloha, Micros, Microsoft Office, OpenTable/Resy
- Possesses a proven track record for guest satisfaction
- Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- New openings experience preferred
