Job Details

Tuscan Hen Market is a small fast casual restaurant that specializes in sandwiches and house made fresh pasta.

The candidate for this must have a passion for HOSPITALITY!
An interest and experience in Italian cuisine is a big plus. We will teach the selected team member to make fresh pasta, delicious sandwiches & salads, work a cash register, set up a dining room--just to name a few skills! We are all cooks, servers, chefs, dishwashers--as a team, we all strive for the same goal. True hospitality.
For consideration to be a team member please be a responsible, respectful & a self starter with a team forward mentality. We take a good amount of pride in the culture we have developed & we are seeking a team member to help us uphold those standards. A positive, can-do & move-forward attitude goes a long way because that is what we strive for day in and day out.

Some kitchen & front of house service experience is a plus, but integrity and work ethic are characteristics we really look for.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 10- 20lbs if necessary.
Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment.
Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $20.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $225
