• Base salary $72,500 - $77,500 + Perks

Requirements:

• Have 2-3 years of high-volume culinary management experience
• General oversight of Superba’s culinary vision, standard and operation
• Hire, train and develop a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
• Posses extensive ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
