Folk, located in East Nashville, is the latest project from Philip Krajeck, acclaimed chef and owner of Rolf and Daughters. The food runner is responsible for delivering dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate guest in the dining room, following traffic patterns and the etiquette. They will have an extensive knowledge of all dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer any questions from the guests. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
