La Bonne Franquette is an upscale casual French Restaurant in West Ashley. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years working as a line cook in a similar atmosphere. This is a full time position with two days off per week. $20.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience. We are looking for a day line cook. The day shift is 8am-4pm, Wednesday-Sunday. Must be able to speak English. A knowledge of French cuisine is a plus.
The position of line cook requires:
-Previous line cook experience preferred, 3+ year
-A positive attitude and courteous and professional demeanor
-Ability to keep a clean and sanitary work station
-Someone that works well on a team
-An organized and efficient individual
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to follow a recipe
-Knife skills
-Experience shucking oysters, preferred
-Good communication skills
