Job Details
    • Supports Executive Pastry Chef in leading the team, managing production, administrative duties, as well as recipe and menu development
    • Supervises and mentors the pastry team ensuring quality, efficiency and accuracy.
    • Testing and developing new recipes for pastries, desserts, and other sweets.
    • Managing the pastry staff and collaborating with other chefs and team members.
    • Following sanitation regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
    • provides training, coaching, mentorship, motivation and direction to all kitchen colleagues, continually striving to develop colleagues in all areas of culinary and leadership skills.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($100,000.00 - $115,000.00)
