Job Description
The Bartender role at Mercy Me is distinctive, as it represents the sole service position on the floor aside from Server. Our Bartender function as a cohesive team to provide expereince at the bar, while crafting drinks for restaurant. This dynamic requires Bartender to possess an inherent drive for excellence and strong teamwork skills.

This role combines advanced food and beverage service with engaging menu presentations for our guests. Success in this role depends on strong skills, careful attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Compensation

Bartender in our team can expect to earn from $30 to $35 per hour of a fixed pay, leading to annual incomes exceeding $70000 for those working full-time. We're committed to providing all team members with consistent, higher-than-average industry standard resulting in better work environment

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with our menu, including current specials and South American cuisine in general. We'll provide all the information you need
• Participate in peer-led food & beverage training to learn about cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee.
• Be active on the floor, assisting with tasks like clearing and setting tables if needed
• Collaborate with co workers to enhance the guest experience by helping with all aspects of service.
• Manage your assigning server sections, ensuring every guest receives top-notch service.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate your fellow service team members.
• Keep your work area clean and organized, following sanitation and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Familiarity with classic cocktails & wine.
• Previous experience in a highly-rated restaurant is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in presentation.
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking.
• Effective communication skills,Teamwork, humility, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
