We are seeking experienced, professional, career servers to join our growing team.
In this position, you will create a personal and high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will answer customers’ questions, assist them with their choices, take their orders, and deliver their meals following high standards. We are looking for a candidate who is warm, calm under pressure, and who knows how to be a team player.
Server Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest
- Delivering an exceptional dining experience
- Answer questions about menu items
- Answer questions about wine BTG and cocktails
- Wine service
- Assist fellow team members to ensure overall Guest satisfaction
- Accurately take customer orders
- Gracefully suggest/upsell additional menu items
- Offer special assistance to patrons with specific needs
- Perfect menu knowledge
- Perform sidework duties
Server Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years wait staff experience preferred
- Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to thrive in an active, and demanding environment
- Wine & spirits knowledge
