High Street Hospitality Group (HSHG) is pleased to announce the opening of High Street (101 S. 9th St, highstreetphilly.com, @highstreetphl) its full-service restaurant and bar located in the Washington Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia. The newly renovated corner location in the historic Franklin Residences is adjacent to High Street Bakery. The menu will be aligned with the current direction of American dining, yet still focused on what we have always done best— showcasing local grains through our on-site bakery and pasta programs, highlighting local producers, seasonal cooking and presenting the exciting work of American winemakers.
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and overall good person to help lead our small team of dinner cooks. Attention to detail and a strong palate are very important, as well as fostering a professional team work environment in our open kitchen.
