Coco’s is the restaurant within the members-only club Colette, headed by our international Michelin star Chef Philippe Orrico, and the newest addition to the portfolio of Santa Cruz Co.; an international hospitality company founded in 2004 by restaurateur and designer Juan Santa Cruz. 


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on French fine dining, you will be learning from the expertise of multiple Michelin star alumni and contributing to the creation of exquisite culinary masterpieces.

Coco’s is located on the thirty- seventh floor of the General Motors Building in Midtown Manhattan and is currently open Monday-Friday and closed on weekends.


Position Qualifications:

  • 3 years of progressive kitchen experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably with Michelin star experience
  • Highly developed knowledge of various cooking styles and techniques
  • Experience with menu and recipe development
  • Proficient in administrative duties and food cost 
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain exacting standards throughout all levels of the kitchen
  • Passion for details and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work a variable flexible schedule
  • Excellent knife handling skills, meat and fish butchery

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00)
