Cosette Wine Bar in Studio City is looking for experienced BOH to join our opening team. Looking for PT prep cook/dishwashers (this will be a dual position with a possibility to grow). 

With Michelin star and World’s Best restaurant experience already onboard, we are building an efficient, positive culinary team to execute our modern French winebar classics. In addition to desired skills listed below

For all BOH positions:

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, including helping with loading and unloading of produce, goods, and shipments. 
• Can and will work in a kitchen with small space for the entirety of their shift.
• Punctuality, positivity, inclusivity, and curiosity are required of all BOH team members. 
• Open availability to work evenings and weekends required as this will be a small team. 
• Daily hygiene a must.
• Please have previous BOH experience in disciplined, fast paced kitchens. 
• Line cooks start at $20/hr+, dependent upon experience.
