This is a position for bartender who is career minded and can uphold themselves to the highest standards. We are a small 18 seat cocktail bar that is focused on serving highly technical cocktails, sake, wine and spirits in an intimate luxury environment.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks required to open the bar and set up for service
- Willingness to wear many different hats in terms of tasks and responsibilities on a given day
- Serve food to guests at the bar as needed
- Anticipate guests' needs and create strong guest relationships; recognize regulars and industry leaders
- Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus
Requirements for Success:
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY. (***Night service only, operating 7 days a week)
- Knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, coffee, and tea
- Foundational knowledge of bartending including classic and modern classic cocktails
- Strong knowledge of dietary allergies
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
- Commitment to excellence

- Positive attitude
- Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Ability to work cleanly and maintain attention to detail
- At least 3+ years experience in a craft cocktail program at the highest level
- Experience in fine dining is preferred
