We are currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Bartender Mixologist to join our dedicated team and help us elevate our guests' experiences to new heights.

Responsibilities:

1. Craft and serve a wide range of innovative and classic cocktails, using an extensive knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, and garnishes.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, anticipating needs, and engaging in friendly, professional interactions.
3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
4. Assist in the creation and updating of seasonal and specialty cocktail menus, collaborating with the management team to ensure alignment with our brand and clientele.
5. Attend staff meetings and ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and expand knowledge of mixology techniques.
6. Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system, and maintain responsibility for cash handling and inventory control.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
8. Assist in the training and development junior bartending staff, serving as a mentor and role model for exceptional service and mixology skills.
