Ometeo is a mashup of cuisine and culture - Tex and Mex - two halves of a whole, made stronger and more delicious by the other. Inspired by the ingredients, techniques and heritage from West Texas down to the Gulf Coast, Ometeo's foundation is rooted in Tex Mex tradition, heightened by our Long Shot Hospitality's passion for seafood and local produce. We are looking for an additional seasoned and experienced Sous Chef to join the Ometeo management team and help lead this latest addition to the growing Long Shot Hospitality family!
We are seeking a chef with both fine dining and high volume experience. Candidates should have 2+ years of comparable experience with a proven track record of stable leadership, excellent team building skills, and solid understanding of restaurant operations management. Additionally candidates should have a very solid F&B knowledge and above all a genuine and infectious love of hospitality.
