About This Role
We’re looking for hospitality professionals to join our Guest Relations Department. As our company expands, we’re looking to build a team of creative, organized, and passionate leaders.
Reservationists are responsible for providing warm hospitality to guests through email and phone correspondence; making, confirming, and managing reservations; maintaining a general knowledge of all businesses; and completing operational tasks. Reservationists will be the first point of contact for guests and are expected to provide impeccable hospitality.
This position is part-time and seasonal with the potential for a long-term position. We are looking for someone with weekend and holiday availability.
Reservations & Communication
- Maintains warmth, hospitality, and professionalism in all correspondence with guests.
- Has a strong working knowledge of Sunday Hospitality reservations software and reservation policies.
- Finds creative solutions to elevate guest experiences.
- Helps coordinate large party reservations, private dining requests, or special circumstances with management and front door teams.
- Excellent communication skills with management, team members, and restaurants.
- Prioritizes a warm, hospitable, and friendly environment for guests and co-workers

- Exudes excellence in hospitality both for internal and external guests.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, particularly reservations software.
- The ability to define and effectively solve a variety of changing situations under stress; ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

- Self-driven, results-oriented; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring
- Minimum of 1+ years’ front of house experience in a high-volume restaurant, Maitre D' experience a plus
- Experience with Resy or similar reservations platform preferred
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
- A strong working knowledge of various reservations software
- Flexible work schedules: the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
