Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson is looking for a reservationist to join the opening team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ inquiries.
• Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input accurately and promptly onto the system.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.
• Ensure that all your work meets company standards and is according to training given; all function paperwork must be accurate and complete, including catering requirements, booking supplements and payment details.
• Edit and fabricate new menus when changes are made.
• Provide training and support to Front of House employees, to include menu knowledge and how to meet dietary needs.

Key Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience as a reservationist at a high volume restaurant.
• Experience with OpenTable preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Flexible availability.
