Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience as a reservationist, lead host, or receptionist in a restaurant or hotel
• Experience with OpenTable, Resy, and/or similar reservation systems
• Poise and precision, with a natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers
• Proficient with email communications and Microsoft Office
• Flexible availability including weekdays/weekends desired
