We are a small scratch kitchen doing nice contemporary American food. Exec has decades of experience and is ready to hand off the reins to someone who loves food and drink as much as he. A desire to make people happy, and that includes the staff first and foremost, and the ability to lead and teach are required. The restaurant serves dinner 5 nights and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. A 45 to 50 hour week is required with two days off regularly.
