We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our opening team at Clara! We are a new unstuffy fine dining restaurant with an innovative food program featuring ingredients from the Catskills designed by Executive Chef, Diego Moya.
We work with small farms in NY and across the country to sustain our menu and our focus is on flavor and technique. We are building a tightly knit team working towards a fun coexistance of beautiful people, great wine and delicious food.
A strong candidate will possess the following attributes
- Complete prep work in a timely fashion before service begins
- Execute during service with precision, accuracy, and speed
- Maintain the cleanliness of your prep area, service station and of the kitchen as a whole
- The ability to multi-task at all points during your work day
- An eagerness to learn and grow and experiment as part of a close knit team.
Full time, 5 days, $20/hr +
MUST HAVE: 2 year NYC restaurant experience. Fine dining restaurant experience a plus, but not necessary.
