Shepherd & Sims is a high-volume restaurant.  Our bar program is craft based with seasonal ingredients.  All drink are done from specs.  We are looking for a bartender with availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  One additional day is also required.  The perfect candidate loves people and can handle high volume craft.  Bartenders are also required to serve.  

Shepherd & Sims is an American Brassiere.  Our menu changes seasonally.  The bartender plays a key role in providing excellent service by having the base knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails to recommend and guide guest’s experience. The bartender will abide by standard operating procedures and all cocktail specifications. Hiring Immediately. Please be prepared to demonstrate your skills in a paid stage.
