3 West Hospitality is a growing restaurant operations and management group based in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Slow Hand Food & Drink is 3 West Hospitality’s first concept and flagship restaurant. Craft cocktails, natural wine, and craft beer are served with southern-influenced dishes for dinner nightly, with brunch being served Friday-Sunday. We are currently looking for a skilled Chef de Cuisine to take the reins of our BOH Team.
Some of the responsibilities include leading the BOH team through prep and running the kitchen through service, tracking inventory and ordering supplies, managing daily preparation of menu items, and designing new seasonal dishes and menu additions. In general - overseeing all aspects of the kitchen.
Our ideal self-motivated and reliable candidate must be proficient in classic techniques, communication, organization, cleanliness, and consistency, is reliable and trustworthy, and has at least three years of industry experience, including supervisory roles.

Qualifications:
- Experience working as a sous chef or chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume

- Conceptualize and execute a diverse and inspired menu, aligning with our culinary vision.
- Supervise and mentor our kitchen team, cultivating a culture of cooking excellence and collaboration.
- Exercise meticulous oversight over food preparation, presentation, and quality control.

- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with management to conceptualize seasonal and specialty menus.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and culinary best practices.
