We are seeking a hostess with a dynamic role:
- You will work independently, overseeing the entire floor with the help of servers.
- Your responsibilities include adjusting reservations, confirming them, and ensuring check-ins are recorded.
- Although it's not your primary responsibility, you may occasionally assist servers in setting tables for the next customers. We value strong teamwork skills. We aren't seeking mere individuals fixated on "your job" or "my job." At Honshu, we thrive on a spirit of collaboration and camaraderie.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, servers, managers, and other employees.
- Familiarity with Yelp Reservation is preferred, and OpenTable users will quickly adapt.
