Nudibranch, is a restaurant currently serving New York City cuisine in the East Village.  What New York City cuisine means is entirely subjective, however, Chefs Jeff Kim and Matthew Lee have been inspired by their upbringing as well as their experience in some of New York's top restaurants (Eleven Madison Park, Jungsik, Momofuku Ko, Jua, and Atoboy). 

We have an amazing team, and are looking for a line cook with a passion for the hospitality industry. 

Ideal candidates will have strong line experience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Most importantly, a willingness to learn and a willingness to help the team provide the best food for our guests.

If you:

• Have at least one year of experience working in NYC
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but not required
• Are familiar with DOH food safety standards and procedures
• Maintain the highest levels of sanitation, cleanliness and organization
• Maintain calm under pressure
• Positive vibe and great energy
• Are interested in learning new skills and developing your career
• Interested in crosstraining in dining room positions
• 4/5 day work schedule
