You will be responsible for:
- Greeting all guests entering the restaurant and thanking all guests leaving the restaurant
- Ensuring reservations are prioritized and seated in a timely manner
- Hospitably managing walk-in guests and maintaining a waitlist as needed
- Clearly and politely communicating with guests about their table status
- Maintaining an organized floor by quickly and efficiently seating guests
- Maintaining professional and warm guest communications
- Communicating with service team and management
- Answering the phone during service and providing guests with needed information
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the host stand and front door area
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year front of house experience in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
- A strong working knowledge of RESY
- Flexible work schedule: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
