Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce a variety of pasta dishes, including fresh and extruded pastas.
• Accurately follow recipes and portion sizes to maintain the quality and consistency of our pasta offerings.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of pasta ingredients to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate pasta production with the overall kitchen workflow.
• Ensure that all pasta products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to guarantee the safety of our guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pasta production or a similar culinary role is preferred.
• A passion for Italian cuisine and a deep appreciation for pasta.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
