Job Details
EXPERIENCE IN FINE DINING IS A HUGE PLUS.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming guests and providing them with menus. If the Server is occupied, Server Assistant can confidently explain the menu to our guests and offer water service.
- Clearing/bussing dirty plates, cutlery, and glassware from tables as required.
- Marking the tables with appropriate cutlery for the upcoming courses.
- Preparing tables for arriving guests by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware and napkins.
- Delivering food to tables and explaining the food to the guest.
- Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints.
- Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
- Ensuring that the service stations are adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.
- Completing any side duties (ex. polishing glassware & cutlery, preparing plate wipes, etc.) as assigned at the beginning/end of shift.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
