Yokai is seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our kitchen team!
Yokai is a Japanese inspired Hi-Fi cocktail bar and live fire grill. The focus of our kitchen is to source pristine Japanese and Californian ingredients and present them simply. We strive to bring deliciousness and intention to a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
Requirements :
- Current California ServSafe
- Culinary degree is preferred but not required
- Positive and professional attitude
- Determined work ethic
- Ability to communicate with peers and supervisors
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team
- Experience in fast paced upscale dining is a plus
- Michelin level standards a plus
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time
35-45hrs/5 day week
