Optimally, this person will help grow and strengthen a seasoned company, while both molding into our current structure and offering new knowledge and talents to help lead our team to the next level. This is an opportunity for a bartender ready to get to the next level in their career.
- Expertise in classic cocktail making (jigger, building technique, and presentation)
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
- Creativity and Showmanship
- High-volume experience a must
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Outgoing and friendly disposition
- Efficiency in opening and closing the bar
- Must be available to work brunch service and weekends
