Requirements:

At least two years of previous Floor Manager experience in a contemporary Chef driven, full-service restaurant
A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
Driving standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, menu knowledge and genuine and warm hospitality
Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
Understand and analyze the P&L and course correct as needed
Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
Have a flexible schedule and open availability
