Job Details
- As a server assistant or backserver, you’ll assist the server in maintaining the section by replenishing water carafes, clearing, and marking when necessary.
- Bussing empty tables and resetting.
- Restock service stations throughout service with API wine and water glasses, napkins, side plates, silverware.
- Run clean glassware from the polishing station to the bar.
- Remain in communication with servers so everyone is aware of guest needs.
- Monitor the drinks pass and barista stations to efficiently deliver cocktails, wines by the glass, and coffee as they are made.
- Carefully monitor tables to provide side plates, replacement silverware and glasses, etc. as needed.
- Communicate any additional orders to servers.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
