ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
● Provide graceful and efficient food and beverage service, including proper steps of
service and discreet table and suite maintenance.
● Accurately and consistently preparing all of our food and beverage offerings with
beautiful presentation
● Ensure all service stations are stocked, organized, and supplies are accessible to the
Kitchen and Service teams
● Execute setup, breakdown, and any additional day to day needs for service opening,
service transitions, and service closing to ensure a smooth and successfully run member
experience.
● Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas
of the Institute, including member-facing areas as well as the kitchen and hospitality
storage areas.
● Communicate effectively with all members of the medical and hospitality teams at all
times.
● Actively cultivate and maintain strong, caring relationships with members, vendors, staff,
and neighboring businesses.

● Assist with china, glass and silverware: appropriate stock levels, inventory and condition.
● Support housekeeping team with maintenance of member spaces, including removal of
dishes, member attire, linens, towels and trash.
