We are a seafood company selling directly to consumer ever week in Philadelphia. We are looking for someone with some managerial experience and operations experience that can help us grow. We would like to find someone with culinary experience, meaning you like to cook and enjoy doing it for yourself. Someone who, preferably also has or has had some front of the house experience and really likes talking to people. You have to like people, really. We develop a different selection every week and help customers learn how to cook dishes at home. We produce many elements to facilitate that from stocks to marinades. We teach people how to use restaurant quality products to make restaurant quality dishes at home.
This is a daytime position where you get to participate in the creative process as well ans the production process. We are a small staff that enjoy working together so chemistry is important. If you want to change your life from the taxing hours and burdens of the reataurant business but retain all that is good about it, namely the creative part, the social part, the interactive part, well, this is for you.
