Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking Food Runners for the opening team at Café Carmellini in The Fifth Avenue Hotel.

Café Carmellini will feature hospitality and service commensurate with Michelin level standards, alongside a Grand Award caliber wine program. Ideal candidates possess:

*A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fine Dining Establishments

*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences

*The ability to lift 25 + pounds

*Comfortable speaking in front of a large group
