STARR Restaurants is seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Social Media and Content Intern in the Philadelphia area with a focus on copywriting, analytics, and administration. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, managing ongoing projects, and providing administrative support while upholding our brand voice.

- Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all written content.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics.
- Capture high-quality photographs of our restaurants, dishes, and experiences.
- Create visually appealing and engaging video content, showcasing our brand and offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.
- Assist in: digital filing, create and maintain excel documents for various projects, performing monthly audits, etc.
Requirements:
1. Copywriting Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt writing style to various platforms and maintain brand voice.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze social media metrics.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and content management systems.
- Strong photography skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Proficiency in using professional cameras and photo editing software.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($13.00 - $15.00)
