Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Capitol Hill, just steps away from the Nation's Capitol. Our private dining club was established over 70 years ago and serves the elite of Washington DC. We are on the lookout for only the best talent in hospitality to join our team.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a server as a main job function
- Full Time availability, Monday through Friday.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in serving a fine dining establishment
- Excellent product knowledge (beer, wine, spirits, etc)
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet & meet the physical needs of the position
- Able to communicate efficiently and effectively in english (Spanish is a plus)
- Able to perform duties like phone answering, reservation taking, basic computer usage skills
We use Toast as our POS systme, previous experience is a plus.

The National Democratic Club was founded in 1953
by former members of the Truman administration as a membership organization dedicated to advancing the party principles in a social atmosphere. Many of the members include; White House Officials, members of the United States House of Representative and Senate, and national leaders in business and industry.
The NDC is located on Capitol Hill, within blocks of Congressional office buildings, the Library of Congress, and the US Supreme Court. There is also convenient access to the Capitol South Metro Station (Blue & Orange lines).
The NDC has a variety of club events from our monthly Live Music Night, our Annual Golf Tournament, and various cultural and holiday events throughout the year.
Our members also have access to our Apartment located just around the corner, at 415 New Jersey Ave S.E. This space can be reserved, in advance for intimate sit-down breakfasts, lunches, meetings, as well as for stand-up receptions. Other amenities available to members are the use of our humidors, access membership of the Congressional Federal Credit Union and an on-site CFCU ATM, a mini business center and wireless internet connection.
In addition to our outstanding lunch and dinner menus, our Executive Chef creates daily/weekly specials. The NDC also offers members a full bar with happy hour specials and bar menu. We have a quaint outdoor patio perfect for enjoying a cigar and some comradery.
