Job Details

Established High Volume Restaurant searching for an experinced Chef.

We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine with a minimum of 5 years previous experience. You should know how to work all stations; pantry, sauté, expo, grill, and dish station. You should be familiar with current culinary trends and have the technique to execute fresh and consistent food. Qualified candidates should be able to keep walk-in clean and organized, rotate and order fresh product and take inventory correctly. Please submit resume and references.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($85,000.00 - $120,000.00)
