If you are seeking work/life balance this is exactly what we are providing. Our staff work a normal 40 hour week with 2 days off. We seek a PM Lead Saute Cook as well as a Grill Cook. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is important to this position. We seek Passionate Culinary Artists. The ideal candidate must keep a level head, be able to accept constructive criticism, love cooking and take great pride in his or her ingredients/station/craft. Creativity is encouraged!! We are able to teach menu development if the candidate is interested.
