Doughnuttery is a hot fresh mini doughnut company seeking Shift Supervisors for our Roosevelt Field Mall location. You will oversee and participate in the production of mini doughnuts (we will train you), store cleanliness, execution of store policy and procedures, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain all operational standards through leading by example. Also assist in training and development of new employees.

Ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, mature, well spoken, and ready to learn how to make, and sell mini-doughnuts. Individual will appreciate details, take initiative to carry out best practices, and treat position, co-workers, and customers with a professional attitude.

The position will require hands on doughnut making, sales, customer interaction, POS operation, catering and delivery order organization, cleaning and restocking. Some off-site catering, pop-up market, festival opportunities are available as well.

Pastry or dessert experience is a plus.
