You are:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Mise en place and assembly production for prepared foods
· Finishing of desserts
· Receiving and maintaining food inventory
· Ensure the highest quality of all prepared foods
· Upholding the highest Health and Sanitation standards, above and beyond those outlined by the NY Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
