Elske is a Michelin starred and James Beard nominated restaurant from Chefs David and Anna Posey 

Candidates must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday evenings (Mon/Tue off). The shift begins at 3:30 or 4pm and is typically 6-7 hours long depending on the day of the week,

The base pay is $18 per hour. For their role in directly assisting our guests with service, we include our hosts in the tip pool. The tips typically average out to an extra $8-$10 per hour on top of the hourly rate.

Duties include: 
-Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book, 
-Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed, 
-Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests, 
-Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times, 
-Being able to assist with what is needed for service in any given moment.
