Join the BLACKBARN team and make a meaningful impact as our Manager at one of Manhattan's most dynamic restaurants!

We're looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual who is confident, organized, and exemplifies our core values of hospitality, excellence, and integrity. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and action-packed environment. They must be adept at prioritizing responsibilities; love solving problems and possess excellent communication skills with clients as well as colleagues. They must work well independently and with others and have a strong desire to build long-lasting relationships with clients. The ability to be proactive, efficient, and calm under pressure is essential. Experience managing HR situations and having NYS DOL knowledge is a plus. Must possess or be willing to get their DOH food certification.

Key Responsibilities:
 Work directly with the General Manager to oversee cost control measures
 Manage Inventories
 On going staff training
 Run service on the floor with a focus on hospitality
 Scheduling, hiring, and staff development
 Ensure all DOH requirements and standards are met

Ideally you also have:
 8+ years of experience in hospitality or guest relations/ client facing roles
 Knowledge of OpenTable and Toast POS
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Excel

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
