Position Overview:
As the Restaurant General Manager with a focus on late-night entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success and smooth operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing entertainment events, and leading a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations with a focus late-night hours, including weekends.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, budget, and financial performance.
