Hogsalt is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Bar & Spirits Director (Salary Negotiable + Bonus Structure) to join our team!

Strong understanding of restaurant financial operations.

Menu and concept development experience preferred.

Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a team player mindset.

Ability to work under pressure with grace and ease.

A valid Food Handler Certification is required for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities:

This is a service-driven role with mainly evening and nighttime hours; flexibility with scheduling is required.

This position is Chicago-based with occasional travel to other locations.

Lead and train all bar teams according to Hogsalt service standards, upholding rigorous attention to detail while providing world-class hospitality.

Work with leadership and bartenders to increase speed and efficiency.

Collaborate with Hogsalt’s beverage team and in-store leadership to drive sales and improve profitability for all bar programs.

Improve, mentor, and evolve service culture and hospitality behind our bars.

Assist with creating cocktail menus for boutique restaurant concepts.

Assist with developing bar setup and design for new restaurant concepts.
